I came to Louise after suffering a knock back in my career which left me questioning whether I wanted to continue within marketing or try something completely different. Working with Louise helped me to understand that my passion for marketing was still there, I just needed to find a company to work for that shared the same morals and integrity as me and where my skills and experience could be used to positively impact business strategy. With Louise’s guidance, I’ve redeveloped a business plan, planned a website and rebranded my business - all within three months! Louise was able to analyse my challenges and understand what I needed to focus on in order to feel enjoyment and satisfaction in my work. She provided a focus and was always on hand to answer any questions in between our appointments. Working with Louise has given me extra confidence to face unemployment in what could be the worst conditions for a generation. After being made redundant and feeling pretty bad about myself I decided to do some sessions with Louise. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the thought provoking and enlightening sessions. Louise is attentive and a great listener and gives you the tools to find your sense of direction. The assignments were really useful but not time consuming so these won’t impact if you have a busy schedule. I highly recommend anyone who’s wanting to take the next steps in career or simple life changes to get in touch.

Signing up for Louise’s Dream Job programme was the best career decision I could have made. Within two months I’d gone from not really knowing where to go with my career to being invited for two interviews within my chosen sector and then being offered my dream job. The first few sessions with Louise gave me the confidence to consider applying for these jobs and I’m convinced that her guidance about how to craft my application helped me to secure the interviews. And as these were my first interviews for around six years I was rather rusty (not to mention nervous), so I particularly appreciated Louise’s tips about how to best prepare and present myself. Louise always knew how to address my concerns about finding a new job and also has a wealth of resources available for clients via her social media pages. The only downside to finding my dream job is that I miss meeting and chatting with Louise!
There are many great things about Louise. One of the best is that she celebrates your wins as if they were her own. We start each session by going through what I have achieved since the last session and her face lights up at every success, big or small! As a self-employed person, it is invaluable to be able to share those successes with someone else. Louise also helps you to see things differently and gives a fresh, new perspective on how to reach your goals. That insight is really useful when you are working on growing your business. I am still having sessions with Louise, but, even in around half a year, I have seen progress in my approach to my business and have more easily recognised the value I bring to my clients.
